Pork

I can't remember the name of it, I should - but I can't. Friday night for a goodbye party for one of the Korean teachers we went out for bbq Pork. An amazing meal (minus the really fatty pork). You eat it by taking a big lettuce leaf, some radish, kimchi, mushrooms if you want, and a piece of pork - wrapping it all up and then putting the whole thing in your mouth. It also came with a variety of other sides. I sat with Jamie (the Korean teacher mentioned before) and we got to know each other a lot better. That continued when she walked an extra 15 minutes past her house afterwards in order to point me in the right direction for a part of town I would recognize.

The rest of the group went out for Kareoke (which is done in private group rooms in Korea) but I opted out. Maybe I shouldn't have - it sounded like fun but my body was calling out for sleep and I'm sure there'll be other opportunities.
